The Senior Partner of the firm (Mr. Ejaz Hussain Rathore) qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and established the practice of his own. Prior to qualifying, he worked in a senior position in a Public Sector Corporation. While associated for a short while with another firm of Chartered Accountants (Khalid Majid & Co.), had an opportunity to review and finalize audits of projects funded by the Swiss Development Corporation and managed by Inter-Cooperation. Mr. Ejaz Hussain Rathore was associated with A. F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants, Rawalpindi during his period of Article-ship.
Mr. Ejaz Hussain Rathore carried out the financial evaluation of bids for the construction of the Lahore Islamabad Motorway. He also provided consultancy services for a determination of reserve price for the Woolen Mill for Azad Kashmir Mineral & Industrial Development Corporation. He also conducted the assignment of Physical Verification of Assets, Valuation of Assets and determination of Reserve Price of the Assets of Mohib Textiles Mills Limited, at the direction of the Honorable Lahore High Court. Mr. Ejaz Hussain Rathore also supervised the due diligence of Schon Air Limited for the buyer and fulfilled all the official and regulatory requirements for transfer of the ownership to the buyers.
Mr. Ejaz Hussain Rathore currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir as a Government Nominee. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) as a Government Nominee for three years, on the Board of Directors of Islamabad Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited for four years as a Nominee of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Mr. Ejaz Hussain Rathore also served on the Board of Directors of Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, Government of Pakistan and as Senior Vice Chairman of Standing Committee on WTO of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry.
Mr. Ejaz Hussain Rathore also performed the functions of the Honorary Executive Director of a national NGO and represented at various international events.
